La Casa Norte – Drop-in services and housing

Ujima Village-low threshold emergency shelter with 24 beds for homeless, single youth and young adults, ages 18-24, located in Chicago’s Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood

El Rescate-El Rescate Transitional Living Program provides culturally appropriate, identity-affirming housing for homeless LGBTQ and/or HIV-positive youth ages 18-24 through a continuum of solutions.

The Broadway Youth Center – Drop-in services, resource advocacy and healthcare

Teen Living Program – Housing and support services

General Housing Services – Adult & Family

Cornerstone Community Services – emergency and short-term housing, food services

Housing Opportunities for Women – Transitional and permanent housing and support services

Chicago House-Offers the following housing programs: Supportive Living, Family Support, Independent Living and the Trans Life Center.
